I’m Chirag Kumar Deo, an integration consultant and Integration Solutions Architect. I design, build and support the integrations that connect ERP, CRM, e-commerce, finance and HR systems — so orders, customers, invoices and stock move between them reliably, without manual re-keying or overnight spreadsheets.
What an integration consultant does for you
- Maps what you have today — the systems, the manual steps, the spreadsheets and the places where data goes wrong.
- Chooses the right tool — an iPaaS such as Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft or Workato, or a direct API integration when that is simpler.
- Designs the flows — field mappings, IDs and duplicates, error handling, retries and alerts, so failures are caught before your team notices.
- Builds and tests — in a sandbox first, with real sample data and a sign-off before go-live.
- Documents and hands over — so your team understands what runs where, and can change it later.
- Supports it afterwards — monitoring, fixes and improvements as your business changes.
Integration platforms and business systems
Pick the page that matches your stack:
- Boomi integration consultant — enterprise iPaaS, EDI, many connectors
- Celigo integration consultant — NetSuite-centred integrations and integration apps
- MuleSoft integration consultant — API-led connectivity on Anypoint Platform
- Workato integration consultant — automation recipes across business apps
- NetSuite ERP consultant — orders, invoices, inventory and finance integrations
- Salesforce CRM consultant — accounts, opportunities and quote-to-cash
- HubSpot CRM consultant — contacts, deals and marketing-to-sales handover

Choosing between Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft and Workato
There is no single best platform — the right one depends on your systems, your team and your budget. As a rule of thumb:
- Boomi suits companies with many systems, B2B/EDI partners or on-premise applications that need one central platform.
- Celigo is a strong fit when NetSuite is at the centre and prebuilt flows (Shopify, Salesforce, Amazon and others) cover most of the need.
- MuleSoft fits larger organisations building reusable APIs across many teams, often around Salesforce.
- Workato works well when business teams want automations across SaaS apps, with IT keeping control.
If you already own a platform, it is usually best to get more out of it rather than switch. I give an honest recommendation either way.
Working with teams in the USA, UK and India
I work remotely with companies across the United States — including New York, New Jersey, California, Virginia and Charlotte — as well as London and the rest of the United Kingdom, and India. Calls are planned around your working hours, progress is shared in writing, and you get access to everything that is built.

How an engagement works
- Discovery call — your systems, the problem and what success looks like.
- Written plan and estimate — the flows, the platform, the timeline and what I need from your team.
- Build in short iterations — with demos on your own sandbox data.
- Go-live and hypercare — a close watch on the first days of real traffic.
- Ongoing support — if you want it, or a clean handover to your team.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work with companies outside India?
Yes. Most work is remote, with clients in the United States and the United Kingdom as well as India. Calls are scheduled in your business hours.
Can you take over or fix an existing integration?
Yes. I often start with an integration health check: what runs, what fails, what is risky, and a prioritised list of fixes.
Which systems can you connect?
Common ones are NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, SAP Concur, DocuSign, SFTP and EDI partners, databases and any system with a REST or SOAP API.
