A real-time Celigo integration that creates NetSuite purchase orders whenever a Salesforce record changes.
The challenge
Scheduled syncs leave a gap between a change in Salesforce and the purchase order in NetSuite. When timing matters, the ERP needs to react the moment the CRM record changes.
How it works
- Real-time Salesforce integration. Built a real-time, event-based Salesforce integration in Celigo.
- Apex trigger. A Salesforce Apex trigger calls the Celigo flow whenever the record is modified.
- Purchase orders in NetSuite. The flow creates the NetSuite Purchase Order from the Salesforce data.
Highlights
- Event-driven through an Apex trigger, not polling.
- No delay between the CRM change and the ERP record.
The result
Purchase orders appear in NetSuite as soon as the Salesforce record changes.
