A Boomi integration that turns Raiser’s Edge records into NetSuite cash sales, creating the customer first when needed.
The challenge
Fundraising data lives in Raiser’s Edge, but the money has to be recorded in NetSuite. Each record needs a cash sale against the right customer, and new supporters do not exist in NetSuite yet.
How it works
- Secure connection. Connected to Raiser’s Edge using OAuth 2.0.
- Cash sales for existing customers. For customers already in NetSuite, the process creates the Cash Sale directly.
- New customers handled automatically. If the customer is not in NetSuite, the process creates the customer first, then the cash sale.
