A real-time Celigo integration that updates a customer’s credit card details in NetSuite the moment they sign a DocuSign document.

The challenge

When customers provide payment details through a signed agreement, those details must reach the customer record quickly and accurately. Copying them across by hand is slow and exposes sensitive data to more people than necessary.

How it works

  1. Real-time trigger. Set up a webhook flow in DocuSign so the integration starts as soon as a document is signed.
  2. Process the signed document. Celigo receives and processes the signed document.
  3. Update NetSuite. The credit card information is updated on the NetSuite Customer record.

Highlights

  • Event-driven: runs on signature, not on a schedule.
  • No manual handling of payment details.

The result

Customer payment details are in NetSuite the moment the agreement is signed, without anyone re-typing them.
